Legacy Warranty Terms:
Every Family Treasure Book comes with our Legacy Warranty, providing one complimentary replacement. Should the specific style of book you own be unavailable or out of stock, an alternative style can be selected or equivalent store credit.
Our Legacy Warranty covers a complimentary replacement for the following reasons:
Loss or theft of the book
Damage due to accidental mishaps
Receipt of a book with manufacturing defects on the interior of the book (pages, binding) that cause it to degrade sooner than expected even though the care guidelines were followed. Note: This applies only to the pages of the book, not the exterior.
The Legacy Warranty does not extend to damage resulting from:
Neglect
Misuse
Improper care
Alterations or repairs
After receiving your replacement, a new purchase is necessary to reactivate your Legacy Warranty.
Returns and Exchanges
Purchases made from authorized retailers will be subject to those retailers' return policies. Should your book no longer meet the return criteria set by the retailer, you can make a claim under our Legacy Warranty.
Proof of Purchase
A proof of purchase is mandatory for initiating a replacement claim for a lost or stolen book.
